Attorney View
ATTORNEY VIEW
Attorney View is a web based, subscription application provided by Scott Ellis, Brevard County Clerk of Courts, similar to eFACTS (Electronic Fully Automated Case Tracking System), which will allow an attorney access to documents imaged on a variety of cases.
With an active account for the Attorney View Program, an attorney would have access to the majority of images from within the following Case Categories:
- Appeals
- Circuit Civil
- County Civil
- Small Claims
- Criminal (Felony, Misdemeanor, Criminal Traffic, Municipal and County Ordinances)
- Probate
- Domestic Relations (Excluding Adoption and Termination of Parental Rights)
- Guardianship
- Mental Health
- Non Criminal
- Civil Traffic
Note: Juvenile Delinquency and Juvenile Dependency cases are not available via Attorney View.
Note: Certain Case Categories may be Restricted. An example would be an Adoption case.
Note: Certain Documents within cases may be Restricted. An example would be the Confidential Inventory in a Probate case. The Inventory would not be viewable, but the rest of the case would be available for viewing.
Access to Attorney View may be obtained by executing the User Agreement (link provided above). The completed User Agreement must be returned to Taylor Sakuma (see location information below).
Once the User Agreement has been received, an Attorney View account will be created, with a specific UserID (Logon) and Password. The attorney will be notified via direct voice to voice contact and may then access Attorney View and begin viewing cases/documents.
