How Can I Electronically Record in Brevard County?
Electronic Recording (eRecording)
eRecording is an efficient method to electronically submit documents with our office for recordation in the Official Records of Brevard County, Florida. You may submit documents at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Examples of eRecorded documents are Deeds, Mortgages, Satisfactions, and Notices of Commencements, etc.

- Foreign Judgment
- Notice of Homestead
- Notice of Contest of Lien
- Plat/Survey/Condo/Road Plat Maps
