Public Records Requests

All public records requests for copies of documents, correspondence, e-mails, and other items pursuant to chapter 119, Florida Statutes, or rule 2.420(m), Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, should be sent to one of the following:

Customers seeking copies from their court files, documents recorded in the Official Records, or copies from tax deed files are not required to submit public records requests for these records.  Instead, please visit our online search functions under “Public Records Search” on our homepage, by visiting any one of our branch offices, or by calling (321) 637-5413.

Certified copies of records may be purchased by visiting our Copy Requests service under “Online Services” on our homepage.
