Baker Act cases will be confidential and exempt from the public records.  These cases will no longer be available on our website via the case search option.  Access to these cases will be provided to eligible parties upon request pursuant to statute. 

Injunction for Protection cases will be confidential “until” the respondent has been personally served.  While the case is confidential, the Clerk will not disclose any information by phone, email or U.S. mail.  While confidential, the petitioner or their designee may obtain information only in person with proper identification.
