Effective January 1, 2024, per F.S. 695.26
Documents which convey, assign, encumber, or otherwise dispose of real property must include the following:

The name of each witness legibly printed, handwritten, or stamped immediately beneath the signature of the witness.

The address of each witness is legibly printed, handwritten, or stamped on each instrument.
