Legal Notice Publications
The following is a list of publications which have demonstrated to the Clerk that they meet the requirements of Chapter 50, Florida Statutes. The list is not inclusive of all publications which may be published in Brevard County that may satisfy those requirements. It is the responsibility of each individual, and not the Clerk, to ensure that the publication chosen for any legal notice complies with all of the requirements of Florida law.
