Quiet Title for Forged or Wild Deed
The following forms are provided pursuant to Section 65.091(3), Florida Statutes, which requires clerks of the circuit court to “provide a simplified form for the filing of a complaint to quiet title based on a fraudulent attempted conveyance allegation and instructions for completing such form”. Section 454.18, Florida Statutes, prohibits clerks of court and their deputies from practicing law except for themselves.

The Complaint to Quiet Title Forged Deed form and instructions are for instances where the plaintiff is claiming someone forged their signature on a deed in an attempt to convey title. The Complaint to Quiet Title Wild Deed form and instructions are for instances where a plaintiff is claiming a deed without their name on it was used to try to convey title.
